Joe Michael Bell, better known by his stage name JAYYSKYY, a Houston rapper born in Missouri City Texas and raised by his grandmother and parents. He credits his mother as being his personal inspiration. A young JayySkyy watched her raise three kids, of which he was the oldest, as a single parent and he was hugely inspired by her determination to stay above water assuring to supply their every need. Shifting over to his professional influences he attributes his Father as being an influence along with hip-hop superstar Jay-Z because of his consistency and his ability to progress with each album release stating, "No matter how rich he became, the idea was to get better by the next album. That's the same drive and passion that I have." Skyy released his first solo album "Chemtrails" in April 2017 . He is proving his rise to stardom will not be washed away by chemtrail rain.

I use many different mediums, such as LOGIC ,ProTools and Live Sound. I believe that working in a single medium is restrictive to my artistic process. Each idea manifests in its own individual style.
